InterContinental Coffee Trading was established in January 2009 by Lisa Bagley and Tom O’Hallaron. The company works with coffee producers and exporters of green coffee and distributes to roasters in North America, Europe and Japan. “With over 40 years of our combined worldwide experience in coffee, finance, trading and risk management, we plan to create an innovative and modern day green coffee trading company that will provide superior service and deliver a quality product.”
We are also proud to announce that Jason Remmer and Mark Woods have joined the firm. Jason and Mark have been in the coffee business for a combined 32 years and have diverse backgrounds in sales, trading and product development.

Greenfolia is a importer of Indonesian coffee's. Indonesia has among the richest soils in the world because of its volcanic mountain and diverse climate, producing the highest quality agricultural products.
When our family plantation was founded in 1960 by Grandfather Wasito, he based his practices on premiere quality, sustainable agricultural practices, and a commitment to building strong relationships with the farmers whom he considered family. Now in our third generation of operation, we are committed to upholding our grandfather’s founding ideals.
MauiGrown Coffee, Inc. was founded in 2003 and is the only producer and wholesaler of 100% MAUI certified origin coffees. Located on the slopes of the West Maui Mountains in Lahaina, MauiGrown produces 4 arabica varieties: Red Catuai, Yellow Caturra, Guatemalan Typica, and the Maui Mokka.
The founder of MauiGrown Coffee is Kimo Falconer, who has been involved with coffee production and agriculture for over 20 years. The farm, which is also known as the Kaanapali Estate, had been abandoned in 2001 by the former business owner and was resurrected by Kimo between 2003 and 2007. The 2008 crop was the ‘fruition’ year of all the hard restoration work with the company producing in excess of 2,900 bags of certified MAUI green coffee.
Lisa Bagley- President - . Lisa has spent the last 23 years in the coffee industry building and developing long lasting relationships with coffee producers, exporters, importers and roasters worldwide. In 1986, her career started with Farr Man Coffee Inc., in New York City. In 1988, she was hired by C.E. Bickford & Co. and became the first woman broker n the firm’s history. She moved to California in 1995 with her family and created Euro Latin Link Inc., a brokerage company that negotiated coffee trades for exporters, importers and roasters in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Japan.
Tom O’Hallaron – Managing Partner - Tom has seventeen years experience building successful capital markets trading desks with products backed by Commercial Real Estate, Residential Mortgages and Equity derivatives. positions. He is excited to combine his experience in finance and trading with Lisa’s extensive coffee trading background to start InterContinental Coffee Trading.
Our new factory and facilities built 2002 located in beautiful Central Java is equipped with the latest technology to deliver you the consistent quality coffee. Our primary agricultural products include coffee beans, clove and vanilla – all grown in Indonesia.
In 2007, our family business expanded and established Greenfolia, our own marketing and distribution network in the United States. One year later, we continue our expansion by opening our regional offices in Tokyo, Japan and Shanghai, China. We are committed as global providers for agricultural products from source to consumer. Ensuring highest quality and efficiency as we better serve our customers.

While much of the coffee is marketed in Hawaii, it is also sourced out of other warehouses in the continental U.S. and Japan.
Generally the harvest season is from October through February with new crop becoming available around Thanksgiving. In September of 2006, MauiGrown opened its retail outlet in Lahaina, serving the local coffee demand and managing their direct mail and web order business.
